What system requirements are needed?
No special system requirements are needed. Our application will work under any Windows 32bit system (Windows98/Me/2000/NT/XP). There is also no need for additional hardware like dongles.
 
Is there a discount for package/license or for multiple licenses?
Yes. Please contact us at ravi@astroloka.com for discount prices information.
 
Is technical support free?
Yes, each licensed user is entitled to one year of free technical support via phone and e-mail.
 
What about updates?
Minor updates are free. Major upgrades are available at discount price for already registered users
 
Is there a Hindi/Tamil/Telugu... version of your application?
Astroloka Light+ is available in English and Tamil.

Licensed Users
How do I install AstroLoka Light+?
Run setup program (Setup.exe) and follow the installation instructions.
 
How do I activate my copy of AstroLoka Light+ Software?
After successful installation of our product you should run main application in order to obtain Serial ID and Machine ID values for your computer. Send Serial Id and Machine Id to AstroLoka with your Licencee Name through E-mail / Postal. On receiving your Mail, you will be given the key to activate the software.

What can we do in case customer's computer crashes?
You should replace broken parts and reinstall all required software including our product. Our Software will generate new Serial Id and Machine Id. You should supply these new values to astroloka with Licencee Name to get new activation code.
